Good morning world, it’s MPS Week Five! It’s my favorite day of the week — Monday. It’s a fresh start, another chance to start over and have a productive week and I must say my week is always easier when I meal plan so eating healthy is something I don’t even need to think about throughout the week. I mean, we all have enough on our minds, right? Coming into the holidays, now is the time to start working on improving bad eating habits and strengthening our will power and discipline. There is a way to enjoy the holiday feasts and not gain weight! Don’t wait until Thanksgiving morning to try and start watching your portions, start NOW. Now, getting a healthy menu is nice and I’ll provide you links to all the dinners for this week, but what about portion sizes and what about instructions and what about a grocery list? Yeah, I took care of that too… here’s a sample of the recipe cards for MPS Week Five.

By 21, I still did not know how to cook ANYTHING and I was still 100 pounds heavier. I started following healthy recipes and I taught myself how to eat healthy, cook healthy and set myself up for success. I’ve learned that if I do not meal prep every week, I fail. Life was so difficult for me back then being busy with work and school, I never had time to cook and by the time I got home from work, I was so exhausted I reached for anything quick and easy, which normally consisted of muffins, hot pockets and absolutely fast food. Now with meal prep, I have no excuse. Each meal is portioned out for me already and all I have to do it grab, reheat, and eat. NO EXCUSES!!!!!! Every week will be my exact meal plan, answering all of your questions.

I put a lot of time into planning everything each week so there are no left over ingredients to throw away and I explain and teach you step by step, how to make this seemingly overwhelming experience a breeze. Meal Plan Series – MPS Week Two

Good morning friends and welcome to my Meal Plan Series Week Two (MPS Week Two), where I am making even more things in bulk, which makes my life easier every week. As the weeks in the series go on and if you’re actually prepping, you’ll see that it gets easier and easier every week. For example, in the MPS week two we will be making large batches of the chicken parmesan, pesto chicken and breakfast burritos and all these recipes (plus a few more) will carry on to week three and now half of our work for MPS week three is already done!
