WOW! Have you ever looked at a pic and think do/did I really look like that? I didn’t feel like I did. These are pretty embarrassing.

The heavier I was the more miserable I was (physically & emotionally)! With each pound I lost that got me away from weighing 196lbs I began to feel better!
I began with believing in myself.
Followed through with consistency working out & the kitchen and rebuilt my entire body & mind. I became a new person. Who was once that person who felt hopeless. Trapped in an aching, sick body I was barely living in every sense. Today that is no longer the case.

I’m free of feeling disgust of my body.
Free of feeling like I’m the victim and the excuses.
I’m free of the darkness of my suffering thoughts.
I’m free of my former me!….
I’m happy.
I’m healthy and fully alive.

Everyday I WORK towards being positive, pushing my work outs and control in the kitchen! Everyday!
One bite at a time, one rep at a time, one thought at a time I’m Reshaping ME!

It is not easy and still on my journey! If you need a sign to take that leap of faith well this is it. I can be your accountability partner. Need someone to push you? Need someone to listen? Just need someone who understands?
I can be that for you. I want everyone to feel like they deserve to feel and that’s happy, healthy and confident within themselves.
